AERZEN at the IFAT 2022 Trend-setting solutions for efficient and sustainable water and wastewater treatment. 04/05/2022 For over 150 years, AERZEN has been supporting operators of wastewater treatment plants with customised solutions and has long been considered the market leader in the field of water treatment. At IFAT 2022 in Munich, the specialist for blower and compressor technology will be presenting its latest innovations from 30 May to 2 June and showing how to achieve efficient, resource-saving and, above all, sustainable water and wastewater treatment. Sustainability and efficiency are currently among the most important topics in water and wastewater treatment. AERZEN meets these challenges with innovative technologies, forward-looking concepts and powerful, highly efficient blower technology, making municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants fit for the future. Visitors to IFAT 2022 in Munich can see for themselves what this looks like in practice. From 30 May to 2 June, AERZEN will be on site at the world's leading trade fair for water, wastewater, waste and raw materials management and will provide information about the latest developments and trends in the field of blower technology.Performance3 – The new generation The unique Performance³ concept ensures maximum efficiency in the aeration tank. The possible interaction of different blower technologies, sizes and design points allows load changes to be operated precisely, ensuring an energy-efficient oxygen supply. Here, the Delta Blower positive displacement blowers, the Delta Hybrid screw blowers and the Aerzen Turbo blowers are used in the range of their respective technological strengths and, depending on the system configuration and load, are switched in combination or as individual solutions in such a way as to achieve the most efficient solution for aeration. Energy savings of up to 30% are possible. Next technology level With new blower generations of the Delta Hybrid and Aerzen Turbo series, the Performance³ technology mix is currently undergoing a further efficiency update. The new packages convince with improved energy efficiency, optimised functionality, longer service life, smaller footprint and simplified maintenance and are, therefore, a guarantee for highest performance, efficiency and reliability. New IIoT platform AERprogress With AERprogress, AERZEN presents a new IIoT platform that meets the advancing digitalisation in wastewater treatment and processing. AERprogress uses existing machine and sensor data of the plant and enables statements to be made about failure probabilities, operating states, trends and optimisation possibilities. Costly sensor technology on the process air packages can be dispensed with. As a scalable solution, AERprogress is available for different application scenarios. Whether energy efficiency optimisation, live monitoring or predictive maintenance: with the three AERprogress modules, significant performance and efficiency improvements can be achieved. You will find AERZEN at IFAT 2022 in hall A3 at stand 351/450. PRESS RELEASEPI_IFAT__Messehightlights_2022_EN.pdf
