AERZEN divests its Gas Meter division

Aerzener Maschinenfabrik, one of the internationally leading manufacturers for blowers and compressors, successfully sold its product division rotary piston gas meters to RMA Rheinau GmbH at the end of the year 2018. As part of its growth strategy and future orientation, the traditional Lower Saxony-based company will concentrate more on its core products and markets.

Rotacyjne liczniki gazowe AERZENA były tradycyjnymi produktami fabryki z Aerzen od 1930 roku. Jednakże z powodu ich konstrukcji, zapotrzebowanie oraz sprzedaż urządzeń pomiarowych były pierwotnie skoncentrowane na Niemczech. Bazując na międzynarodowej strategii wzrostu, która głównie koncentruje się na technologii sprężania oraz przemysłowej specjalizacji, liczniki AERZENERa nie pasują dłużej do przyszłościowej orientacji.  W świetle tych faktów, management zdecydował się zaprzestać produkcji i sprzedać dywizję podmiotowi z odpowiednią wiedzą przemysłową.

"Dla AERZENa niezmiernie ważnym było znalezienie kupca, który oferowałby zakres produktu naszym długotrwałym klientom w wysokiej jakości”, mówi dyrektor generalny, Klaus-Hasso Heller. "Jesteśmy dumni, iż znaleźliśmy wiarygodnego partnera w firmie RMA, z Rheinau, która nie tylko będzie kontynuować technologię AERZENa, ale także rozwinie go w przyszłości” kontynuuje Heller.

Transfer dywizji liczników gazowych zakończył się 31.12.2018. W przypadku nowych zapytań AERZEN prosi o bezpośredni kontakt z firmą RMA.
