After my graduation from school and during my basic military service, I applied for a job at AERZEN. During the job interview, I already gained a very positive impression of the company AERZEN, I previously did not know. After having been accepted for a dual education, I moved into the surrounding area.
These include global procurement market research, supplier selection, development and assessment, as well as negotiations and contract design for the product groups sheet plate, ventilation technology, regreasing systems and “AERZEN Turbo” purchased parts.
In an industrial enterprise with unique products in a function with (internal and external) points of contact with many persons, in particular for me as young professional, there have been again and again unique experiences.
Already during the first contact with AERZEN and during the job interview, I noticed the kind and familiar interaction of the colleagues. So, the nice colleagues and the friendly association with each other are only some of the reasons, why I like working here.
As I completed dual studies in the fields of economy and technology, I could be employed in various divisions at AERZEN. An inter-divisional job is also possible. I could also imagine a further education towards a master’s course with various main points.
THE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL POINTS OF CONTACT WITH MANY PERSONS ARE UNIQUE EXPERIENCES AGAIN AND AGAIN.
