Purchase Conditions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Standards, referring to other legal systems as well as regulations of UN-Sales Law, are excluded. We generally agree the protection and marketing approval of our knowledge shown in AERZEN drawings, documents and joint developments and also for all respective products and service.

Payment Conditions

• Receipt of invoice from 1st to 15th of each month payable on 10th of the following month less discount, from 16th until the end of the month payable on 25th of the following month less discount.
• Receipt of invoice from 1st to 15th of each month payable on 25th of the following 
month net, from 16th until the end of the month payable on 10th of the second following month net.

In case of non-approved and premature deliveries, the agreed terms of payment concerning the delivery dates mentioned in our orders are applicable.
