Rouven Gasdeintegrated degree programme as production engineering production planner/ subproject manager
After completing a Dual Course of Study (studies and professional training simultaneously within 3 and a half years), I applied for a job as junior engineer in the production department and could start the junior engineer programme at AERZEN on 1st August 2013.
Since December 2013, I have worked as production planner in the division production planning/ work preparation. My tasks include among others planning of workflow, optimising the assembly processes, factory planning for production and assembly, supervising construction activities professionally, partial project management during Lean Management Project etc.

I have been very well received in my department and, from the beginning, integrated into all processes. The interaction with the colleagues is respectful and exemplary, so that I am feeling comfortable since the beginning of my career here at AERZEN.
I trust to be successful in the future, and, in particular, to prepare and convert the project “Aerzen Performance” effectively together with all other colleagues.
I HAVE BEEN VERY WELL RECEIVED IN MY DEPARTMENT, SO THAT I AM FEELING COMFORTABLE SINCE MY FIRST DAY AT AERZEN.
