I heard from my friends that you can take part in a high-quality training at AERZEN. The ultra-modern training workshop was the decisive point to send my application to AERZEN.
My tasks include planning, processing and optimisation of various manufacturing processes. On the CNC-machining centres I manufacture precision components, such as compressor rotors, accurate to 1/100 millimetres. Afterwards, I check the manufactured components with tested measuring tools.
Last summer, we won the Awesa Masters tournament with our factory’s soccer team for the third year in succession. Each time we won against 30 factory teams.
With my skills, I can play my part at AERZEN, so that I enjoy working here. I particularly like the working atmosphere, the reliability of the colleagues and the flexitime system.
Again and again I have the chance to prove my abilities. You have to show flexibility and to operate several CNC-machines. If I gather more experience and I continue my school education, I see my professional future in an office as foreman or technician.
