Your challenge

• Establishment and maintenance of global market intelligence (markets, regions, products)
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses of markets, customers and competitors based on
  suitable internal and external data sources
• Development of technical product benchmarks and argumentation support for internal
  positions and the external sales organisation
• Industry-specific analyses and support for developing strategies
• Identification and derivation of needs, business challenges and strategic principles for
  decision-making on the basis of valid and current market situations
• Establishment of data management for market and competitive information
• Carrying out of technical trainings
• Continuous optimisation and improvement of market research processes
• Active further development of market activities
• Analysis of growth opportunities, business models, products and service

Your skills

• A completed degree in the field of industrial engineering or a completed subject-related
  professional qualification and additional vocational training
• Communication and team skills
• Strategic and structured working method
• IT affinity and sound computer skills
• High affinity for technology and products requiring explanation
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• The ability to communicate complex issues clearly
• Strong commercial and technical understanding, preferably in the field of mechanical
  engineering
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
