AERZEN fundó la compañía de ventas y servicios AERZEN Deutschland el 1 de enero de 2020 con el objetivo de centralizar aún más el desarrollo comercial en Alemania. El servicio individualizado y la ampliación de la proximidad al cliente son sólo algunos de los temas que AERZEN le gustaría profundizar en el futuro con este paso.

Con la fundación de la sociedad central de ventas y servicios, la dirección del CEO del Grupo AERZEN, Klaus Hasso Heller, ha tomado un rumbo decisivo. En AERZEN Deutschland, el enfoque ahora claramente está en la orientación al cliente. Impulsos y necesidades importantes deben ser recogidos más rápidamente en el futuro y transformados en productos y servicios para su distribución. Precisamente adaptado a las condiciones del mercado alemán. Menos interfaces, reduciendo las pérdidas por fricción, interlocutores transparentes: esta es la base para una mejor cooperación y soluciones a medida en el futuro.
