RETURN OF PACKAGING MATERIAL
Aerzen Deutschland, in order to fulfill the return obligations according to § 15 Packaging Act, ensures the return as well as the professional and proper recycling of the delivered packaging. The return takes place by handing in at the business location of Aerzen Deutschland in Aerzen or by collection of the packaging by a third party to be commissioned by Aerzen Deutschland on request by the purchaser. The costs incurred for collection and recycling are then to be borne by the customer.
The following information must be provided to Aerzen Deutschland in advance by the customer for precise planning:
• Place and time of provision
• Quantity: e.g. 1 pallet; 0.5 kg plastic film
• Type of material: e.g. wood for the pallet and e.g. PET for the plastic film
• Dimensions: L x W x H and gross weight
