Gas booster per applicazioni a bassa pressione

La serie di booster a tenuta di gas GMd, realizzata da AERZEN, è la soluzione universale per il range di pressione basso. Dotata di accoppiamento magnetico, assicura un sistema di tenuta ottimale senza bisogno di manutenzione. I sistemi di chiusura per sigillare l’albero sono completamente eliminati, il che consente di ridurre al minimo gli interventi di manutenzione. La separazione tra olio e lato processo è garantita da una speciale guarnizione ad anello. Il robusto design a due lobi consente una pressione di progetto di 7,0 barg in ottemperanza alla normativa AD2000/DIN EN 13445. 16 dimensioni garantiscono condizioni operative e di rendimento ottimali per qualsiasi progetto.

DESIGN

Nodular iron, steel casting or stainless steel. Housing with circular flanges and O-ring seals.

SEALINGS

Shaft sealing by hermetically sealed magnetic coupling. Alternatively oil-purged double-acting mechanical seal with thermosiphon cooling for torques ≥ 600 Nm.

DIRECTION OF FLOW

Vertically downwards.

DRIVE

Direct coupling with motor (design B35 for magnetic coupling or B3 for alternative shaft sealing via mechanical seal).

BOOSTER DESIGN

  • Max. pressure increases from 1.0 bar abs. to 7.0 bar abs.
  • Housing pressure proof for PN 25 with O-ring seals
  • Oil splash lubrication
  • Separation of the oil chambers and the conveying chamber by PEEK piston ring seals, gas shut-off possible
